THE LAW AGAINST DISCRIMINATION is administered and enforced by the WASHINGTON STATE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION. The LAW AGAINST DISCRIMINATION guarantees the right to equal opportunity in Employment, Real Estate Transactions, Credit, Insurance, and Place of Public Accommodation. The LAW, as explained in the chart below, prohibits various forms of discrimination:
