Press release: American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) translates DOJ fact sheets into Arabic

Please see below an excerpt from the October 9, 2006, press release from ADC:

The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) announces the translation into Arabic of important Department of Justice (DOJ) fact sheets on immigration-related employment discrimination.  These fact sheets provide information for immigrant employees and employers regarding their rights and responsibilities in the workplace.  More specifically, the fact sheets address the illegal practices of hiring and termination decisions based on immigration status, foreign accent, foreign appearance and immigration documentation.

ADC's translation of DOJ's immigration-related employment discrimination materials is part of its long term commitment to providing Arabic translations of important legal information to the Arab American community.
