Speakers Available
The Washington State Human Rights Commission welcomes invitations to provide speakers to come to your organization or event to discuss a wide variety of civil rights issues in the State of Washington and to participate in public events. Our five Commissioners appointed by the Governor and our professional staff have interesting and useful insights from their personal and professional experience. We can travel to your event anywhere in Washington State at no cost to you for talks of the length of your choice, for participation on panels, as moderators, and as facilitators. We especially welcome open discussion and question and answer formats, so we can hear the concerns and views of your group's members and members of the public, and learn from you. If you would like a speaker, panelist, or moderator on a civil or human rights topic, including non-discrimination, equity, fairness, diversity, and similar issues of the day, please contact Executive Director Marc Brenman at 360-753-2558, or mbrenman@hum.wa.gov.
