The Washington State Legislature has tasked the Human Rights Commission with convening a stakeholder work group to develop model policies and best practices to keep workplaces safe from sexual harassment.
We are seeking representatives from the business community, human rights organizations, advocates for survivors of sexual harassment and sexual assault, labor organizations, farmworker organizations, and representatives of agricultural industries.
We will meet in the summer and fall of 2018 to discuss this important issue and develop written policies and practices. If you represent a group that wishes to be involved in this process, please contact Laura Lindstrand, Policy Analyst, at (360) 359-4923 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
