  • 2024 First Week to Give, specifically for State, Municipal and Local Government Employees
    September 30th to October 7th, 2024
    To celebrate the 2024 Annual Giving Campaign, the CFD has teamed up with WSECU on the First Week to Give promotion. This special giveaway is for any state employee or retiree who starts or increases their payroll contributions by $5 or more, or volunteers at least one hour with a member charity. Those that qualify will receive a $5 Starbucks gift card.
  • CFD and Wellness Acts of Compassion 5k, specifically for State, Municipal and Local Government Employees
    October 5th, 2024 10:00am to noon OR between September 15th and October 15th
    Heritage Park OR anywhere you like!
    Click link to register. Option 1: This will be a 5K (3.12 miles) walk, run, or roll with other state employees, their friends, and family. Option 2: Do your own 5K anytime between Sept. 15 and Oct. 15 anywhere you like! Choose your own 5 Kilometer (3.12 miles) walk, run, or roll route and complete it on your own time & at your own pace (in one day or in smaller increments).
