Race/Color In Employment

Race discrimination in employment involves treating someone unfavorably because they are of a certain race or because of personal characteristics associated with race. Color discrimination involves treating someone unfavorably because of skin color or complexion. Discrimination in employment based on Race or Color is a violation of RCW.49.60 and Title VII of the Civil rights Act of 1964.
