Healthcare Whistleblower Retaliation

The WSHRC has statutory responsibility for investigating alleged retaliation against someone who has filed a complaint of public benefits fraud (RCW 74.04.012), has filed a complaint of abuse against a state hospital (RCW 70.124.060), has filed a complaint of vulnerable adult abuse (RCW 74.34.180), has filed a complaint against a health care facility for patient quality of care issues (RCW 43.70.075), or has filed a complaint against a business in the conveyance industry for escalator or elevator safety (RCW 70.87.310).
