Retaliation In Employment

It is a violation of RCW 49.60 and Federal anti-discrimination laws to retaliate against someone who apposed a discriminatory action in employment. It is a violation for an employer to retaliate against an employee who makes a complaint, in good faith, either internally or to an outside body, such as WSHRC or EEOC about workplace discrimination or harassment.
