Exciting Update: Improving Services for Washington Residents

Posted:
Monday, January 27, 2025

The Washington State Human Rights Commission is thrilled to announce that as of today, our new online case management system is officially live!

This new system represents a significant advancement in our ability to serve the public. It is designed to streamline our processes, enhance efficiency, and improve how we support complainants, their representatives, and respondents throughout the case management journey.

To help ensure a smooth transition, our updated website now includes comprehensive instructions on how to navigate the new system. Additionally, we’ve provided a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section to address common inquiries and help users make the most of the platform.

We are committed to improving access to justice and are excited about how this new system will empower residents across Washington State.

Thank you for your continued trust in the Washington State Human Rights Commission. Together, we’re making progress toward equity and justice for all.

Sincerely,

Andreta M.C. Armstrong
